Contemporary Genocides

Genocide. Did you say genocide?

We seek to defend innocent human life. This obviously concerns the following contemporary genocides:

The term "genocide" is a recent neologism (1943). It obviously refers to the genocides of Jews, Slavs, and so-called inferior races carried out by the eugenic German regime between 1933 and 1945.

In the French Penal Code, under the influence of Badinter in 1994, genocide is defined as follows:

Article 211-1 Modified by Law No. 2004-800 of August 6, 2004 - art. 28 () JORF August 7, 2004

The UN, in the Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide of 09/12/1948, art.2, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court of 1998, art.6, defines the (crime of) genocide as follows:

Constitutes a genocide the act, in execution of a concerted plan aimed at the total or partial destruction of a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, or of a group defined by any other arbitrary criterion, of committing or causing to be committed, against members of this group, one of the following acts:

  • willful attack on life;

  • serious attack on physical or mental integrity;

  • submission to conditions of existence likely to lead to the total or partial destruction of the group;

  • measures aimed at hindering births;

  • forced transfer of children.

any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

  1. Killing members of the group;
  2. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
  3. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
  4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
  5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

The difficulty in the French jurisdiction is to be able to legally demonstrate to judges, who are today biased with leftist prejudices, that it is a concerted, intentional plan, but items a, b, c and d are indeed present.

For the UN, it's more complex, as the UN promotes eugenics, particularly by encouraging the genocide of abortion and depopulation (UNFPA, UNICEF, etc.); so, its definition restricts victims to a "national, ethnic, racial or religious group", which allows it to avoid prosecution for the abortion and depopulation it promotes everywhere among the poor. Unlike the late Pope Francis, we do not support the idea of a UN world government. Despite this, there is a diversity of more or less corrupt agencies and individuals within the UN who sometimes produce reliable information.

For us, genocide also covers the attempt to exterminate a population based on its age or social status.

The Genocide of Gaza

The defense of innocent human life also concerns more classic genocides: thus the Palestinians of Gaza have been living for many years a genocide and ethnic cleansing (economic blockade, organized starvation, forced displacements, massacres of civils, including women and children, destruction of hospitals and infrastructures, use of weapons of mass destruction, etc.), deliberately perpetrated by the Israeli state, which is accustomed since 1947 to brutal and terrorist tactics. This genocide has resumed on a large scale following the Palestinian attack of October 7, 2023, which would have killed 1200 Israelis; in reality, of these 1200, about 400 were Israeli military, about 800 civilians, the majority of whom were killed by Israeli soldiers1, in application of the Hannibal directive.

The reaction of the state of Israel was, as usual, disproportionate: on the densely populated urban area of Gaza, Israel used white phosphorus bombs (banned) and 2,000 pound bombs or more (Mark 84 series, of which 14,000 examples were delivered by the USA to Israel in 2023-2024); these are not weapons that allow targeting an armed adversary, but a single bomb kills all civilians, including women and children, within a radius of 1200 feet. From October 7, 2023 to November 6, 2024 (1 year), 85,000 tons of bombs were dropped on Gaza, more than the entire Second World War. As of October 2025, to avenge 1200 Israeli deaths, the Palestinian victims of Israeli reprisals can be estimated at 67,000 deaths and 170,000 injured2, without counting indirect deaths (malnutrition, untreated sick, intoxications due to water and poisoning by the bombs). On the Israeli side, 200,000 Palestinian victims (dead or injured) are recognized3. Among the dead, at least 83% are civilians4. This disproportion results from a deliberate terrorist tactic that the Israelis have used for years: to kill a potential military target, an entire building is destroyed with its inhabitants, who are disqualified by treating them as "human shield", basically, they had only to not be there! We even hear Israeli parliamentarians say that Palestinian babies are terrorists from birth5.

On a lesser scale, the Nazis had bombed London (18,300 tons of bombs), the Allies did it on German cities like Hamburg (8,500 tons of bombs), Dresden (3,900 tons of bombs, including phosphorus), on Normandy cities (June 6, 1944: 52,000 victims), and on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (about 200,000 victims). It is criminal and indefensible.

We are opposed to these genocides because we are Christians, disciples of Jesus Christ; the Law of God firmly opposes murders (killing a civilian in wartime is a murder, called today "war crime"). Faced with this, the contemporary Israelis, who support their current government at 82%, claim that they are God's chosen people and that they keep the law.

However, there are, notably in the USA, many evangelical Christians who provide unconditional support to the contemporary Israeli state, whatever horrors it commits. They currently have a strong influence on American political decisions regarding support and funding for the state of Israel. This poses a huge problem to the Christian churches as a group, because this complicity of genocide is a stumbling block for non-Christian peoples, it is an insult to Jesus Christ, our God. For, today, due to this Christian Zionist lobby and neo-conservatives (crypto-Zionists), the United States finance6 these Israeli wars, provide the weapons, and are therefore complicit in Israel's war crimes. It is a kind of idolatry of the state of Israel.

The Zionist Heresy

It is therefore important to revisit the theological errors that are at the source of this catastrophe, and to treat Zionism as a heresy; the genocide of Gaza is the direct consequence of it.

When we reproach these elements to Christian Zionists, we often get radio silence, or a non-receipt, with or without the following problems:

The Condemnation of premillennialism

All this shows that eschatological issues are actually very important. We had already seen this with Marxist eschatology, which owed its success to its promise of a bright future, ensuring it a great influence among de-Christianized peoples for almost a century.

It is the truth that sets us free. We must now break with this erroneous premillennial theology; in this age of instant communication, the whole world can see its harmful consequences, and it can truly be called heresy. St. Paul had already spoken of it in relation to the Judaizers (Gal.2:4-21, 6:12-15). Most of the faithful or parishioners do not understand much about these issues and simply repeat what their pastors preach to them. For more than a century, pastors have been misinformed during their training, and it takes a great effort to question what one has learned.

Many organizations, funded to varying degrees by Israel28, participate in this “Christian” Zionism. The organization Focus on The Family, founded by Dr Dobson, and now involved with the administration Trump, continues to support Israel unconditionally29. The same is true of the false prophet John Hagee and his organization CUFI (Christians United for Israel), and many others, who in fact make up the bulk of the pro-Israel lobby in the United States (there are more Christian Zionists than Jewish Zionists), and have supported unjust wars contrary to US interests that have killed hundreds of thousands of civilians30. These wars have obviously generated terrorism in return and are now giving rise to growing opposition to Zionism among Christians.

Change is underway

Fortunately, since the 1990s, dispensationalism has been losing ground in Bible schools (which train pastors), and its teachers are disappearing, after viewing their theology being entirely refuted, without any intelligent response on their part31 and after the ridicule caused by pseudo-biblical predictions that did not come true. But a low-end version of this heresy (which inspired the TV series Left Behind32) remained popular from 1995 to 2016 and is only now beginning to lose influence.

Zionism is therefore losing its influence among younger generations in the US33: every day, they see the reality of the genocide in Gaza on the internet and social media, and they are beginning to think that a Christian cannot, without denying his beliefs, support the injustices orchestrated by the current Israeli state and financed by American taxpayers. A poll on this subject was published on April 8, 2025:

A dot plot showing that negative views of Israel have risen in the U.S.

Visions of Israel :

A slight majority of Americans (53%) now express a somewhat or very unfavorable opinion of Israel. This marks an 11-point increase in unfavorable views since March 2022, when we last asked this question. The share of U.S. adults who voice very unfavorable views of Israel has roughly doubled over this period, from 10% in 2022 to 19% in 2025.

This movement to reject Zionism and its consequences by the US is slowed down by the fact that many are reluctant to abandon Zionism, because certain sections of the left and far left have committed themselves to defending the Palestinians. On the contrary, we should rejoice that leftist factions are for once opposed to a genocide!

A number of Christian leaders and influencers have begun this process, without necessarily questioning their premillennialism (but it takes time to unlearn what we learned in school!): Chuck Baldwin, Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Max Blumenthal, The Evangelical Dark Web, Eschatology Matters, The Spirit of Prophecy, Law of Liberty, etc.

The aging Christian Zionist leaders are concerned about this, slandering them as anti-Semites and stubbornly persisting in their desire for war against the Palestinians, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, etc. Their stubbornness may cost them dearly when Israel's arrogance and flawed strategy come up against the wall of reality: God intervenes in history, and He has already begun to change the balance of power in the world:

If Israel had the crazy idea of attacking Iran again, it could suffer an additional 1,000 billion US dollars in damage in a matter of days (twice as much as the 12-day war), and could at the same time find itself in a position of weakness and disappear.

How can we act?

  1. Pray:

  1. Study those who have destroyed dispensationalist theology and spread their Christian, optimistic, and constructive worldview (see reference documents below).

Video The Borders of Imposture - Israel, a State Without Recognized Legitimacy, Jacques Baud, 11/07/2025. In this excerpt, Jacques Baud revisits the creation of Israel and dismantles the official narratives surrounding the legality of its territory. He points out that the United Nations never granted Israel a single square meter of land, and that most of the UN resolutions voted against this state were never enforced. Through a precise historical and geopolitical analysis, he explains how force replaced law, and how a state without defined borders was able to impose itself thanks to Western silence. • The UN resolutions violated by Israel since 1948.
• The lack of territorial legitimacy of the State of Israel.
• The role of revisionist Zionists in the armed conquest of Palestine.

Video The Beast Of Revelation Identified, Kenneth Gentry, Nov. 6, 2025.

Livre Death of the Church Victorious, Ovid E. Need Jr. 2002, 2004. This book traces, with abundant documentation, the roots and modern growth of “Protestant Zionism” and dispensational theology, i.e., God working in different ways in different periods of time, from its roots in the late 1700’s to the late 1900’s. The new and unique ideas presented during that time were considered unorthodox, even heresy. But through dedication and hard work, men such as John Darby, George Muller, Hudson Taylor, and Dwight Moody changed Christianity from victory to defeat, and exalted “Zionism” over the “Gospel Church.” Now non-dispensational theology is considered unorthodox. Moody’s Northfield conferences, the Civil War, and the publication of Scofield’s popular Reference Bible allowed “Zionism” and dispensationalism to become legitimate Biblical doctrines in America.

Livre The Incredible Scofield and His Book, Joseph M. Canfield, 1986. Almost everyone knows about the Scofield Reference Bible. But no one before this has worked out a detailed account of the life of Cyrus I. Scofield. And yet there is such an amazing amount of material that should be known about this man that everyone who is at all interested in the dispensational system should read this book.

This is a powerful book. The material is well documented. Anyone who gets this book and reads it will find here some amazing things about a man whose book is well known, but whose life we believe concerning many of its most features has been purposely concealed lest it be found to contradict his teachings.

This is one of the most powerful books that has ever been written against the dispensational system. It is powerful because it shows how the book that has the most to do with promotion of that system, The Scofield Reference Bible, originated.

Here is a book that dispensationalists as well as others will do well to read. It is powerful, so powerful we dare say, that if dispensationalists would read it carefully, perhaps half of them would turn from that system.

Books The Divorce of Israel, Kenneth L. Gentry Jr Th.D. The Divorce of Israel presents a “redemptive-historical” approach to Revelation. In it John presents a forensic drama wherein God is divorcing his old covenant wife Israel so that he can take a new wife, the new covenant “Israel of God” composed of Jew and Gentile alike.

Thus, Revelation presents the vitally important redemptive-historical transition from the land-based, ethnically focused, temple-dominated old covenant economy to its worldwide, pan-ethnic, spiritual new covenant fulfillment. And it does so by highlighting God’s judgment upon first-century geo-political Israel.

Book Armageddon Now! The Premillenarian Response to Russia and Israel Since 1917, Dwight Wilson, 1991. For years premillennial dispensational authors have been predicting that Armageddon is just around the corner - and for years their false prophecies have failed to come true. In this update of his 1977 book, Armageddon Now!, Dwight Wilson examines these predictions concerning Armageddon, particularly as they apply to Russia from the time of the Russian revolution unto today. With the dismantling of the Soviet empire, this book is more timely than ever.

Book Before Jerusalem Fell - Dating the Book of Revelation, Kenneth L. Gentry Jr Th.D., 1989.

Unfortunately, most of the interest in Revelation is based on a radical misunderstanding of the very nature and purpose of the book. And much of this misapprehension is traceable to confusion regarding its original date of writing.

In this work - the full text of Gentry's doctoral dissertation from Whitefield Theological Seminary - the important question of Revelation's date of composition is engaged. Characteristic of the work is a careful exegesis of critical passages, a diligent survey of the scholarly literature on Revelation, and a meticulous search through the writing of early church fathers and Jewish and Roman historians.

The evidence may be garnered from Revelation's self-witness and from church tradition that John wrote Revelation prior to the destruction of Jerusalem, which occurred in August, A.D. 70, rather than in A.D. 95-96, as many scholars believe. Gentry convincingly argues for a date around A.D. 65 or 66, after the outbreak of the Neronic persecution and before the death of Nero Caesar.

The demonstration of Revelation's date in this work sets before the reader, not only a resolution to this technical question, but also provides much exposition of Revelation's text itself. These provide the reader with a clearer understanding of the meaning of Revelation.

Book Days of Vengeance - An Exposition of The Book of Revelation, David Chilton, 1990. This is quite possibly the most comprehensive verse by verse treatment of the Book of Revelation ever written. David Chilton has tackled what Calvin and Luther never even attempted. Following in the train of thought of his Paradise Restored, Chilton sees the Church triumphant to the end with Satan defeated at the return of Christ. The Apostle John presents a vision of victorious Christians who overcome all opposition through the work of Jesus Christ. Chilton asserts that for too long the Church has labored under the delusion that failure is her only role in the world. An inviting, yet non-threatening commentary for the layman as well as the scholar.

Book Rapture Fever - Why Dispensationalism is Paralyzed, Gary North, 1993. The dispensationalism taught by C.I. Scofield and Lewis Sperry Chafer is no longer defended by younger dispensational theologians. Only a handful of theologians, most of them in their 80's, still proclaim the old faith, with its radical separation of the Kingdom of God (Church era) and the kingdom of heaven (Jewish dispensation) and the doctrine that leaven in the Bible always means evil. This book shows why the older dispensationalism, with its bias against Christian social action, could not meet either the theological test of truth or the cultural test of relevance. The old dispensationalism still is heard in many pulpits, but there are not seminaries that still teach the old faith undiluted. This book shows why.

Book Last Days Madness - Obsession of the Modern Church, Gary DeMar, 2019. What you believe about the future could hurt you.

In this authoritative book, Gary DeMar clears the haze of "end-times" fever, by clearly explaining:
• The Meaning of Near, Shortly, Quickly, and "This Generation"
• The Prophetic Discourse of Matthew 24
• The Rebuilt Temple
• The Abomination of Desolation
• The Man of Lawlessness
• The Meaning of 666
• The Return of Jesus
• The Cursed Fig Tree
• The Passing Away of Heaven and Earth
• The Antichrist and Armageddon
• The Rapture
• The Identity of "Mystery Babylon"
• And so much more...

In this book, DeMar tests your views and renews your zeal for the living truth. This is the most thoroughly documented and comprehensive study of Bible prophecy ever written! Last Days Madness will be your survival guide and spiritual compass to ensure you escape the paralysis of last days madness.

Book God’s Plan for Victory, R.J. Rushdoony, 1977. An entire generation of victory-minded Christians, spurred by the victorious postmillennial vision of Chalcedon, has emerged to press what the Puritan Fathers called "the Crown Rights of Christ the King" in all areas of modern life. Central to that optimistic generation is Rousas John Rushdoony's jewel of a study, God's Plan for Victory (originally published in 1977). The founder of the Christian Reconstruction movement set forth in potent, cogent terms the older Puritan vision of the irrepressible advancement of Christ's kingdom by his faithful saints employing the entire law-word of God as the program for earthly victory.

Book ISRAEL AND THE WORLD WAR OF RELIGIONS: Geopolitics and Millenarianism, Youssef Hindi and Pierre-Antoine Plaquevent, 2024. The fragmented world war currently underway cannot be understood without grasping its deep messianic nature.

Through a historical process that this book details, the original Zionist project has been transformed into an “eschatopolitical” project of a millenarian, theocratic, and supremacist nature. This project is now guiding the Israeli state in its strategic decisions, with dramatic humanitarian consequences.

From the point of view of messianic Zionism, the return of the Jewish people to the Holy Land is no longer enough. The realization of Greater Israel requires large-scale wars, particularly that of Gog and Magog, but also the construction of the Third Temple in Jerusalem and the reinstatement of bloody sacrifices within it. But in order to achieve this project, for which preparations are already well advanced, messianic Zionists must take complete control of the Temple Mount. The operation launched by Hamas in October 2023 is called “Al-Aqsa Flood,” precisely in reference to the defense of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is located on the Temple Mount.

This book analyzes the geopolitical framework underlying current events in the Holy Land. It outlines the genealogy and real objectives of millenarian Zionist ideology and active messianism. Among these are the destruction of Christianity and Islam. This destruction must precede the advent of messianic times and a universal monarch who is supposed to rule the world from Israel.

We are thus living in a decisive and apocalyptic geopolitical moment. Literally, a time of destruction and revelation.

Notes

1.  Jacques Baud, March 11, 2024, on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tr0QNBy4qM: "Q: these 1200 deaths were not killed mostly by Hamas but by soldiers? A: That's a bit of a conclusion to the matter. Again, newspapers like Haaretz, Yediot Aharonot in Israel etc. have conducted very in-depth investigations on this; so you should know that at the beginning the figure was 1400; from the 1400, the Israelis removed 200, because (...) the bodies were so burned, at first, they thought they were civilians and then they realized they were from Hamas. One can imagine that there were not only 200 burned. There were certainly others and it's not Hamas that burned itself. When you see the damage that has been done on the ground, you realize that the weapons used explain the 200 Hamas members who were burned, but they also undoubtedly explain other victims, and that seems very clear.
And then among the 1200, roughly, that remain, you have roughly 400 people who are combatants, who are military, they are not civilians, it's important to say that too. The Hamas combatants intervened, and their goal was indeed to attack the Gaza division; so they encountered soldiers from the Gaza division, and that's clear. And so it's among the dead that you have in there: 400 who are security forces, either people who were associated with the security of the kibbutzim themselves, or people from the Gaza division; and therefore there remain approximately 800 who are indeed civilians. And there we see that the destructions that were made, and the testimonies too, because it's not only based on the destructions and the photos after the fact that we see it, but it's also the statements of people on Israeli media, these are media that received absolutely no echo from us, and these are the interviews of these victims --besides, they have been forbidden to speak afterwards -- because, when the first ones started to tell their stories, the military censorship intervened and said: you no longer speak about these stories.
And I also mention a small chapter on military censorship. It has established very precise guidelines, which prohibit survivors from talking about what happened. To be honest, we do not know exactly how many Israeli civilians were killed by people from Hamas. We also do not know how many Israeli civilians were killed by the Israeli army. But the nature of the weapons, the nature of the combat and the locations of the fights show that indeed, we can say with certain honesty that a major part of the deaths of that day are deaths due to the Israeli army and not to Hamas. Hamas certainly killed people and certainly killed civilians, that's certain, but the vast majority probably not, given the extent of the damage."

2.  Gulf Times 04/10/2025, Gaza death toll surges past 67,000 amid relentless Israeli offensive.

3.  TRT French, 09/13/2025, Gaza: more than 200,000 victims, Israel ignored the rules of war, admits former chief of staff. “More than 10% of Gaza's 2.2 million inhabitants have been killed or injured — or more than 200,000 people,” said General Herzi Halevi, former chief of staff of the Israeli army. (…) The figures cited by Halevi are close to those of the Palestinian Ministry of Health, often contested by Israeli authorities.

4.  Courrier International, The figure of the day. The proportion of civilians killed in Gaza is “unprecedented in modern wars”, 08/22/2025. “Since October 7, 2023, civilians have represented more than 80% of the victims of the war waged by Israel in the Palestinian enclave, according to an investigation conducted by three media outlets and based on classified Israeli intelligence data...”

5.  Two Likud members of the Knesset: Amit Halevi, in July 2024, during an interview on Kan 11 channel, qualified newborn Palestinian babies as “terrorists,” stating notably that “300 terrorists were born” in reference to births in a Gaza hospital. Nissim Vaturi, vice-president of the Knesset, made a similar statement in February 2025, affirming about the Gaza strip that “every child born now — in this minute — is already a terrorist when he is born” during an intervention on the Knesset channel.

6.  cf. TRT French 10/07/2025, Washington has invested more than 21.7 billion dollars in the war against Gaza, according to a study, “The United States, under the administrations of Joe Biden and Donald Trump, has provided military support to Israel amounting to 21.7 billion dollars since the beginning of the conflict in Gaza, according to a recent study published by the Costs of War project at Brown University.”

7.  Wikipedia wrongly claims that the Catholic Church also rejected supersessionism, based on a statement by Pope John Paul II in a synagogue in Mainz (11/17/1980) and by Bishop of Nevers Francis Deniau, in the anti-Christian program Corpus Christi broadcast on April 16 and 17, 2004 on Arte. Deniau recounts that: “Returning to the Epistle to the Galatians, a text from the Pontifical Biblical Commission on the Jewish People and their Sacred Scriptures in the Christian Bible (2001) concludes a meticulous investigation: 'Never does the New Testament call the Church "the New Israel." In Galatians 6:16, "the Israel of God" most likely refers to the Jews who believe in Jesus.'"
Twisting the scriptures to seduce Jews on the basis of false guilt has never been honest! These vain words do not change the Catholic doctrine of supersessionism, which St Paul taught.

8.  Amalek was a people who attacked the people of Israel as they were leaving slavery in Egypt (Exodus 17:8-16). They were not descendants of Esau, as claimed by some biblical scholars, certain Jewish traditions, and the ICEJ following in their wake, because the Amalekites are mentioned well before the birth of Esau (Gen. 14:7). They were in fact a cruel people from the East who were on their way to invade Egypt, devastated by the ten plagues. They were called “Amu” by the Egyptians, whom they oppressed by establishing their dynasty of Hyksos pharaohs. (cf. Velikovsky, Ages in Chaos, 1952; also cited by Flavius Josephus reporting Manetho). The Amalekite attacks on the people of Israel targeted not armed men, but the weakest civilians. God therefore condemned the Amalekites: "Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt; How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, even all that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast faint and weary; and he feared not God. (…) thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget it." Deut. 25:17-19 and "He said, 'Because a hand is against the throne of the Lord; the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.'" Exodus 17:16

11. The reconstruction of the "Third Temple" in Jerusalem is a project mainly supported by Orthodox Jewish groups, such as the Temple Institute, which is preparing religious objects and architectural plans. However, certain Christian movements, particularly premillennial dispensationalist Evangelicals, see it as a prophetic fulfillment linked to biblical eschatology (e.g., Ezekiel 40-48 or 2 Thessalonians 2:4). These Christians often support the project through funding, awareness campaigns, or partnerships with Jewish organizations, in the hope of hastening the return of the Messiah (whom they identify as Jesus for Christians).
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the main Christian organizations involved to date. Their support is often discreet to avoid geopolitical controversy, and they focus on Jewish control of the Temple Mount rather than on the immediate demolition of Muslim sites:
Cry for Zion, International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ), Christians United for Israel (CUFI, with John Hagee), etc.

12. In https://wrldrels.org/2017/11/24/third-temple-movement/ this project began with an initial reenactment of animal sacrifices in Jerusalem at Passover 2012.

13. Deut. 19:15: "One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established." and Heb.10:28: "He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses."

14. Being Christian After the Desolation of Gaza (12/08/2025). What explains the fervent support among America’s Christians for Israel’s murderous assault on Gaza’s Palestinians? Dying children cry beneath the rubble; doctors testify to atrocities; journalists and medics face sniper fire; experts cry genocide; Jewish Americans decry Israel’s ethnic cleansing; protesting college students jeopardize their careers. Yet millions of Americans who profess allegiance to Jesus continue defending the desolation of Gaza, or refuse to speak against it. In these essays you will read stories and hear cries from Christians—American, Latin American, Jewish, Palestinian—who have spent years listening, laboring, and praying for a durable, equitable peace between Palestinians and their Jewish neighbors. Their perspectives have formed over years in the land, through lingering encounters, hard conversations, and troubling personal experiences. Disagree with them if you must, but first hear them out, and consider why so many of Israel’s Christian partisans have confused a love for the Jewish people with a defense of the apocalypse Israel has unleashed since October 7, 2023. It may be too late to save Gaza’s millions from starvation, amputation, displacement, and death. Is it too late to repent of our complicity? Too late to save our own souls? How should we be Christian after the desolation of Gaza?

15. Operation Al-Aqsa Flood – The Defeat of the Vanquisher, 2024. Why did Operation Al-Aqsa Flood take place, and what were Hamas's objectives? What really happened on the ground on October 7th? What lessons can we learn from the operations carried out by both sides? To answer these three questions and many others, Jacques Baud revisits the Israeli-Palestinian conflict from its very beginnings. Why has it still not found a solution? What strategies have Israelis and Palestinians adopted over the past 75 years? What is the impact of this conflict on our security? What are the options for Israel and Palestine in the coming years?
In this book of rare clairvoyance, Jacques Baud deplores the fact that Western decisions are colliding with international law. The question is not who we are for, but how the international order created after 1945 should be applied. Israel's failure to respect this law is provoking its downfall. As with any conflict, the solution will not come from emotion, but from objective, dispassionate analysis and honest mediation.

16. International Christian Embassy Jerusalem – Nov. Dec. 2025 – Word from Jerusalem notably on page 11 the articles "ICEJ Statement on the Dangers and Defects of Recognising a Palestinian State" and "The hypocritical accusation of ‘genocide’ against Israel": these articles only copy the Israeli narrative, including blatant lies, without providing serious and sourced arguments.

17. Even before the proclamation of Israel's independence in May 1948, 700,000 Palestinians fled or were driven out by Israeli militias, becoming refugees in neighboring countries. This "nakba" (catastrophe) is the main cause of the war launched by the Arabs on May 14, 1948.

18. On October 9, 2023, Yoav Gallant, Israeli Defense Minister, orders a complete siege of the Gaza Strip: "no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed" (…) "We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly", cited by Jacques Baud from the Times of Israel. This is not the only statement of this kind. The UNHRC produced on September 16, 2025, a inquiry commission report, which affirms that Israel committed a genocide in Gaza, and it also cites on pages 51 to 54 the statements of several other officials (including Prime Minister Netanyahu, Finance Minister Smotrich, President Herzog) that demonstrate the intentional element. Note in this report: one of the characteristics of genocide is to attack the fertility of the victims; 4,000 Palestinian embryos were destroyed by the Israeli bombing of the al-Basma IVF Centre; they were not counted among the victims...

19. Cf. Libération 10/11/2023, Did Netanyahu say that "transferring money to Hamas" was the right strategy to "thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state"?:

As the toll of the Hamas attack in Israel on Saturday, October 7, continues to rise, you ask us about the authenticity of a quote, abundantly reprinted in recent days on social networks and attributed to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: "Anyone who wants to thwart the establisment of a Palestinian state must support the strengthening of Hamas and transfer money to Hamas. This is part of our strategy."
Words reported in the national press, notably in an article in the daily Haaretz published on Monday, October 9. According to the latter, they were held "during a meeting of Likud members [elected to the Israeli Parliament] in March 2019".
These words are also evoked, in the same terms, in a tribune published on May 19 in the newspaper Maariv by former Israeli minister Haim Ramon, who attributes the same origin to them: "I would like to quote Netanyahu himself who, on a closed-door meeting he held on March 11, 2019 with Likud members, stated, as follows: 'The transfer of money is part of a strategy to separate the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. Anyone who opposes the establishment of a Palestinian state should support the transfer of funds from Qatar to Hamas, so that we will thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state.'"

20. Hal Lindsey (with C. C. Carlson), The Late Great Planet Earth (Grand Rapids, Michigan: Zondervan, 1970). In this best seller, he suggests that Christ will return between 1980 and 1988. Hal Lindsey (1929-2024) studied at the Dallas Theological Seminary, stronghold of dispensationalism.

21. Edgar C. Whisenant, 88 Reasons Why the Rapture Will Be in 1988. Also published under the titles The Rosh Hash Ana 1988 and 88 Reasons Why (1988). Edgar C. Whisenant (1932-2001) predicted Christ's return in 1988 and declared with arrogance that ended in ridicule: "Only if the Bible is in error am I wrong; and I say that to every preacher in town."

22. Grant R. Jeffrey, Armageddon: Appointment with Destiny, Toronto: Frontier Research (1988). Grant R. Jeffrey (1948-2012) was a Canadian dispensationalist preacher, who had a show (Bible Prophecy Revealed) in 2007 on TBN, in support of the Israeli state. The TBN channel still continues Zionist propaganda today.

23. John Hagee (born 1940), Four Blood Moons: Something Is About to Change, Brentwood, TN: Worthy Publishing 2013; followed by Mark Biltz (born 1956), Blood Moons: Decoding the Imminent Heavenly Signs, Washington, DC: WND Books 2014. In these best-sellers, they linked lunar eclipses to an "imminent rapture" of the Church, relying on coincidences of Jewish holiday dates. Nothing particular happened. They were not excommunicated for false prophecy and continue harming by fueling wars.

24. There have been many crazy predictions of this kind: cf. wikipedia

25. Last Days Madness, Gary Demar (2019), p.84: The apostle Peter writes that "false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves" (2 Peter 2:1). These false prophets will malign the truth, "and in their greed they will exploit you with false words" (2 Peter 2:3). Paul describes the Judaizing teachers as "false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ" (2 Cor. 11:13).

30. The pro-Israeli lobbies in the USA are very powerful and act through multiple organizations. First, there are the "neoconservatives" who are not actually conservative but of Trotskyist and Zionist origin. They have infiltrated the gears of power since the Reagan era. They are behind the unnecessary wars in Iraq (around 600,000 civilians killed) and Afghanistan (between 32,000 and 60,000 civilians killed).

31. Gary North, Rapture Fever, 1993, (available here) whose conclusion on p.221 is: "Without either a long-term strategy of cultural replacement or a strategy of rapid and comprehensive intellectual defense, a movement can recruit and retain only the less bright and less dedicated members of the next generation. This is the situation in which dispensationalists find themselves today. My conclusion: we are witnessing dispensationalism's terminal generation. Just wait."

32. Left Behind is a series of 16 books loosely based on Revelation written by Jerry B. Jenkins and Tim LaHaye published in 1995 by Tyndale House. By 2016, several books in the series were best-sellers and 65 million copies had been sold in various languages. The series was adapted into 3 films from 2000 to 2005, and a remake in 2014.

33. See the surveys by Infinity Concepts and Grey Matter Research: Crossroads of Belief – Evangelicals and the Jewish People, 2025, on page 8: "As was the case in 2021, generational differences remain considerable. Only 29% of younger evangelicals believe the Jewish people are God’s chosen people. They are more likely than others to gravitate toward Replacement Theology (26%), say there are no chosen people (16%), or have no idea what to believe (26%). Evangelicals of color—who tend to be younger overall—are also less likely to consider the Jewish people as God’s chosen people."
