PRESS RELEASE
Jan.12, 2002
The French MP confirm the eugenicist "Perruche jurisprudence"

The French Assemblée Nationale has just confirmed by a new law on January 10 the eugenicist decision of the Cassation Court (called the "Perruche" case).
The government and its chamber have manipulated the text of the law initially proposed by M.P. Mattéi to have it tell the contrary of what it seams to mean. So the two first alineas are perfect, but they are totally contradicted by the third alinéa which allows to qualify the non-detection of a prenatal handicap as a heavy fault, because it did not orient toward eugenical abortion.
The French mainstream Press and the TV channels did only repeat slavishly the voice of the socialist-communist government ; they seem to have renounced to exert against it any critic and insight, because they are claiming that the voted law ends the "Perruche jurisprudence", and it is totally false!
More: they have not given any space to the opponents and behaved more as propagandists trying to cover up the debate than as journalists.

As of the free distribution to the minor girls of the abortve pill called "day after pill", the French mainstream Press and the TV channels behaved in the same way; they presented only the false propaganda of the State and the planned parenthood, without giving any space to the opponents; nevertheless we had made the efforts necessary to document seriously and publicly the arguments of opposition. So they are accessory to the poisonning of the population.

How long will the journalists only copy press releases from State agencies or State departments, without any research or verification? When will they begin to use the freedom and critical spirit they claim to be the champions of?
